Nexfolio Calendar is developed and operated by Nexfolio ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Nexfolio Calendar mobile application (available on Android and iOS), our website at nexfoliocalendar.com, and any related services.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve Nexfolio Calendar. Below is a complete breakdown of the data we may collect.

Your data is used solely to operate and improve Nexfolio Calendar. No advertising, profiling, or unauthorized purposes.
For EEA, UK, or Swiss users, we rely on: Contract performance, legitimate interests (security/improvement), consent (optional features), and legal obligation.
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, regular audits, and incident response with notification within 72 hours in case of breach.
Data retained while account is active. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Residual backups purged within 90 days. Anonymized analytics may be kept indefinitely.

Infrastructure primarily in the United States. For EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). By using Nexfolio Calendar, you consent to these transfers.
